Lets move with clay

In collaboration with @newdayworld, we combined body movement and clay sculpting to unlock new dimensions of expression and connection. Participants engaged in clay meditation, silent collaboration, expressive movement and poetic reflection. These therapeutic art exercises challenged peoples perception of control, attachment and communication. Through each stage people come to self awareness that through letting go and moving past the uncomfortablility something bigger and more powerful is being created - a connection.

  • strongly recommend it to all who wants to play and connect to themselves and to others

“The movement and clay workshop facilitated by Seanal and Victoria was such a wonderful experience. They managed to hold so much space for my creativity at the same time facilitate connection between me, myself, and the participants. The program is also well designed and time flew by without feeling rushed. I strongly strongly recommend it to all who wants to play and connect to themselves and to others, especially if you can’t remember when was the last time you played played!!”

  • amazing to see how letting go of control allowed something bigger to emerge

“This workshop was an incredible journey of self-discovery and connection. The combination of body movement and clay sculpting pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. The silent collaboration exercise, where we had to join our clays with a partner, taught me so much about non-verbal communication and trust. It was amazing to see how letting go of control allowed something bigger to emerge—a true connection with others.”

  • clay meditation was such a grounding experience

“The clay meditation was such a grounding experience. I had never worked with clay in this way before, and it really helped me connect with myself and the material. Feeling the clay in my hands and focusing on its texture and movement brought me a sense of calm and presence. It was a wonderful way to start the workshop, and I felt more centered and in tune with my surroundings.”
