Spring wellbeing Retreat

Invited by @rootsbrln, I facilitated a multi-medium workshop designed to encourage participants to rediscover and redefine their identities. Through guided meditation, canvas painting, and poetic writing, attendees explored various facets of their personas. This session challenged traditional perceptions of identity and offered a therapeutic space for expressing inherent creativity and curiosity. By engaging with the universal language of art, the workshop fostered deeper community connections and enhanced self-appreciation.
